In creating and managing BT AvCon Vern Berry has invested 30+ years as a quality and safety expert in service to the aviation industry.  He is a writer and contributor to AMT magazine and currently acts as a consultant to organizations working in Part 121, 135 and 145 operations.  He currently manages BT Avcon from upper state New York where he resides.
